At Kuvings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium kitchen appliances. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
